ADELAIDE + ISRAEL | OKLAHOMA FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHER

You want to know one of my favourite things about coming to England? I get to hang out with these two munchkins every day. Adelaide and Israel are my honorary British niece and nephew, and oh my, how I love them. Adelaide had just turned one when I left England last year, and this time I got to celebrate her second birthday with her. Israel was born this past July (we share a birthday month, oh yessssss), and he's just about the happiest, most precious child you'll ever meet. Getting to be auntie to these two is simply yet another way the Lord has blessed me in my England adventures. I am so grateful to have the memories of all the snuggles and kisses and the times Adelaide has crawled in my lap to read book after book. And now I get to watch these kids grow up more and more every time I visit (which hopefully will continue to be a regular thing).   

Shooting this mini-session with Addie and Israel was the best. Travel photography is great, but capturing these giggles and cuddles and special moments are where my heart lies.

hadley genesis

My third niece was born today. Hadley Genesis. She's so perf. And presh. And all those other ridiculous shortened adjectives I pull out only for the specialest of special occasions. Guys. She is literally exquisite. And also the teeniest little thing I've ever seen. Seriously, they make them that small? My other two nieces and my nephew have all been pretty chunky, but this little gal is the runt of the pack. She's just so tiny. Her hands! Her feet! And sakes alive, her flawless lil' nose and her crinkly lil' forehead. I think I can speak for everyone when I say she's already stolen away our hearts. C'mon, just look at that face. Am I right? So welcome to the world, Hadley Genesis. I can't wait for all the adventures we'll have.

(And yes, when saying her full name, I keep wanting to say Hadley Fraser. No lie. Oh Broadway, what have you done to me.)
